WHO PROVIDES THE WARRANTY AND SUPPROT SERVICES:
Computer Warranty Services(CWS), a Texas based international provider of technical support and on-site warranty services, is the provider. When your customer calls for support, you will have little or no waiting time to speak to a real computer expert. You will not get someone in a foreign country that is hard to understand and just follows a scripted response to pre-defined issues. CWS operates with a network of thousands of local repair technicians in all 50 states, Canada, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and several foreign countries to ensure that your warranty can get executed ASAP.

HOW IT WORKS:
CWS warranties the computers against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of the extended warranty sale. There is a 15 day waiting period for onsite repair service or if there is an existing warranty in place the CWS extended warranty starts immediately at the expiration of the previous warranty

If there is a problem, the customer will probably be called upon to perform actions at our direction to perform recovery tasks and preliminary troubleshooting on your computer. The customers/end user's cooperation is required as a condition of the warranty.

The customer will call the Toll-Free Technical Support phone number (that is listed on the warranty policy) 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for technical support or for general warranty information call Computer Warranty Services at their Administration offices Monday thru Friday 8:00AM to 5:30PM (CST) at 1-866-357-5530. If CWS determines that a service call is required then you the PSP/reseller technician will be sent to the location of the computer and will perform on-site repairs. The CWS hourly service rates apply for onsite repairs

All replacement parts will be shipped to the "Ship To:" address on our files unless you have notified us in writing or by Email of a different address. If you dot not notify us of an address change then you are responsible for loss of the item if it is accepted by another party at the address on file with us and the item is unrecoverable.

The warranty does not cover re-loading personal software only the Operating System if it requires re-installation.

At CWS's discretion, and with the customer's agreement, we may choose to repair your desktop or laptop computer at one of our approved facility's or replace it completely. If a desktop requires repair at our facility then we will send you a box and have FedEx ground pick it up at our expense. We will repair it and ship it back to you at our expense. You will only be required to place the computer in the box and remove the repaired computer from the box. On-Site setup is not included in this service. Shipping your computer to us for repair is a last-resort measure if we are unable to find repair technicians in you area (parts of Alaska, Wyoming, Montana or the Dakotas) who can correctly perform the needed work. Depending on availability, we may be able to provide a temporary replacement computer.

Your customer's cooperation may be required to correct a problem using phone support. On-site service or computer replacement will not be performed if you refuse to cooperate with phone-based support.

If the customer is asked to return defective parts, then the onsite technician will be provided a return shipping label to CWS. Failure to return parts will result in suspension of the warranty until 1) the parts are returned, or 2) the parts are paid for. CWS's total liability shall not be greater than the original purchase price under any circumstances. Non-US customers are responsible for customs duties and import inspection fees on replacement parts.
